Akshara Group unites spinning, knitting, apparel, recycled kraft paper and renewable energy infrastructure in Tamil Nadu, serving customers and supply chains across India and international markets. Adisankara established
Adisankara Spinning Mills began operations at Vedasandur, later integrating circular knitting capability.
Akshera Papers founded
Akshera Papers began recycled kraft paper manufacturing at Sathyamangalam.
Akshara Spinning Unit I
The Sathyamangalam spinning unit strengthened the Group’s cotton-yarn platform.
Akshera Papers Unit II
A second Sathyamangalam paper unit expanded the Group’s kraft-paper range and production base.
Rudra Garments Unit I
Garment manufacturing commenced at Vedasandur with a focus on quality-led apparel.
Rudra Garments Unit II
The apparel network expanded to Sathyamangalam, adding scale and programme flexibility.
Akshara Spinning Unit II
The Dharapuram unit extended the Group’s spinning capacity and geographic reach.
Third paper unit
Aruldevi Paper Mills in Kancheepuram joined the network, strengthening access to the Chennai market.
