AKSHARA MILLS · LABORATORYQuality control in practice
LABORATORY TECHNOLOGY PARTNERUSTER®Connected fibre-to-yarn quality intelligence
Advanced spinning laboratory

Quality intelligence at every stage.

From cotton selection to final winding, Akshara's USTER laboratory connects fibre data, yarn testing and in-line controls. The systems support purchasing decisions, process optimisation, contamination removal, appearance assessment and confident release.

USTER Tester 6Assesses yarn imperfections and simulates yarn-board and fabric appearance.
USTER HVI 1000Measures micronaire, length, strength, maturity, colour and moisture for cotton selection.
USTER AFIS Pro 2Analyses neps, fibre length, short fibre and maturity to optimise preparation and comber noil.
USTER Jossi Vision ShieldRemoves blowroom contaminants effectively while limiting good-fibre loss.
USTER Quantum ClearersCombines capacitive and optical yarn clearing for connected final-stage control.
USTER Tensojet 5Measures strength and elongation, detects weak places and forecasts weavability.
USTER QUALITY EXPERTLinks laboratory and in-line systems for mill analysis, quality comparisons, alarms and process optimisation.
